Sweet Semolina Kasha

You can easy make it to be great addition to vegan recipes by replacing dairy milk and butter with soy milk and vegetable oil.

Ingredients

Semolina (4oz) 
Milk (24oz) 
Butter (1 tbsp) 
Sugar (1tsp) 
Pinch of Salt 
Jam, Honey

Serves 3

Cooking Instructions

1. Bring the milk to a boil
2. Gradually stir in the semolina, constantly mixing well
3. Add the butter, sugar and salt, mix all well
4. Reduce heat and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes


Comments:

 Serve hot with jam or honey.
