Corn Kasha with Bacon

Ingredients:

Corn Flour (8oz)
Water (16oz)
Salt (0.5tsp)
Bacon strips (0.75 lb)

Serves 2

Cooking Instructions:

1. Bring water to a boil, add salt
2. Add corn flour
3. Stir, cover, boil for 5-10 minutes or until mushy
4. Meantime, cut bacon in pieces and fry until brown and crispy 
5. Combine bacon with prepared kasha, cook for another 2 minutes
6. Add 1 tea spoon of oil (optional)
7. Turn off the heat, cover and let stay for 10 minutes
