Whole Grain Recipe: Buckwheat Kasha with Egg

Great as side dishes recipe

Ingredients:

Buckwheat (8oz)
Egg (1)
Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
Water (16oz)

Serves 2

Cooking Instructions:

1. Mix buckwheat with egg; stir well
2. Place over medium heat, and stir until the grains begin to separate
3. Add boiling water and salt, cover tightly, reduce heat to low, and simmer for about fifteen to twenty minutes or until ready
4. Add butter

Comments: 

You can serve kasha with warm milk. Put kasha in soup plates, pour milk in the plates just to cover kasha, add sugar. 

As any other buckwheat kasha recipe - this is whole grain recipe.
